Dr. Ruth Powderly, DDS

Biography

Dr. Ruth Powderly was born and raised in Marietta, Ohio. She attended the University of Dayton for her undergraduate education and continued on to pursue her dental education at The Ohio State University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, she moved to Louisville, KY to join her husband who was in residency. After only a few months, she and her husband fell in love with Louisville and have never looked back. They both look forward to raising a family here in this amazing city.

Dr. Ruth is a member of the American Dental Association and Kentucky Dental Association. She is the newest doctor addition to our office and also enjoys furthering her dental knowledge through Continuing Education courses to make her a more proficient dentist. Dr. Ruth is knowledgeable in many new techniques available in the dental world today and loves taking advantage of all the technology at our practice. She adores meeting patients and interacting with them on a daily basis while providing them with the best care possible. She looks forward to meeting all of our wonderful patients.

Dr. Ruth loves spending time with her husband, Scott, her twins, and their crazy dog Ken. Dr. Ruth enjoys anything that has to do with fitness and even teaches fitness classes in her time away from the office. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
